To pay IOM dues for existing members or obtain a new membership, please download the membership form by clicking here. Once you fill in the form, send it by email to the Treasurer (balishmf@muohio.edu). Student memberships must also include a letter from the department certifying student status. Please click on the button below to proceed to online payment by credit card or bank transfer. Payment is accepted only in US dollars, preferably by credit card online. If you have no other option, you could send a personal check or money order to the Treasurer. For a Sustaining Membership, please contact the IOM Treasurer directly. We cannot accept Sustaining Membership online payments.
